Royal Oaks has been chosen as the Triangle’s 2008 AND 2010 Building Company of the Year by the Wake County HBA and the Triangle Sales and Marketing Council. From starter homes up to $1 million, Royal Oaks has developed an extensive portfolio of plans and exceptional included features, thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of our homeowners.

Royal Oaks currently has more than 10 neighborhoods in Apex, Raleigh, Cary, Fuquay-Varina, Holly Springs, Knightdale, Wake Forest, Angier, Cameron, and Spring Lake and we are constantly looking for new opportunities in Wake and Harnett counties and beyond.
